What we do with your information

What we collect
We collect only what you send us. That is the name, email address and any other details you type into the contact form, the AI Readiness Scorecard, or the AI concierge chat on this site — plus the page you were on when you sent it.
The AI concierge
The chat widget sends your messages to Anthropic's Claude API so it can answer. We store the recent part of that conversation alongside your enquiry so the team has context when they reply. Please do not paste confidential client data, credentials or personal data about other people into it.
The scorecard
Your answers are scored by a fixed rubric on our servers. The written interpretation is generated by Claude from your answers and your score. We keep both so we can pick up the conversation where the report left off.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for a call you have asked for, and to follow up once if we have not heard back. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not share your information with third parties other than the processors we need to operate the site.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare — hosting and edge delivery for this website.
- Anthropic — the Claude API that powers the concierge and the scorecard report.
- Resend — sending the acknowledgement and internal notification emails.
- Slack — internal alerts to our sales team, where configured.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to two years so we can maintain continuity if you come back to us, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email sales@altustechsolutions.com and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will action the request within thirty days.
